Jayne Reel, LMSW, PMH-C (She/Her)

Jayne Reel is a warm, encouraging therapist with a goal-directed style, specializing in anxiety, OCD, and perinatal mental health. She works with kids, teens, and adults, helping clients build insight, reduce distress, and develop lifelong coping tools that actually work.

Jayne has expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. She’s passionate about treating anxiety and OCD in both children and adults, and often incorporates parent-based work and makes therapy fun and engaging for kids. Her background in schools and hospitals gives her a well-rounded understanding of the real-world stressors families face, and she brings a steady, practical presence to the therapy room.

As a queer therapist, Jayne also welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and families with care that is identity-affirming and grounded in real understanding. She creates a safe space for clients to explore, express, and heal.

Jayne is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and has advanced training in treating anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. She helps new and expecting parents navigate Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), birth trauma, and emotional challenges with a blend of body-based and behavioral approaches.

She also has experience supporting clients through reproductive loss and fertility challenges, and uses a calm, supportive style to help individuals and couples process grief, trauma, and the complexities of building a family.
