Part Time Weekend Therapist

We are seeking a stellar clinician to join our team! This clinician would be an integral member of a collaborative, warm, and supportive team, providing diagnostic assessment and therapy to a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, adults, families, and parents. Our team provides therapy in individualized, intensive formats as well as traditional, weekly sessions. Staff receive consultation or supervision and participate in a weekly team meeting that includes didactics and group supervision.

In addition to specializing in the treatment of anxiety and OCD, staff clinicians have the opportunity to pursue specialized interests that include but are not limited to the following areas: early childhood, family therapy, couple’s therapy, body-focused repetitive behaviors, ADHD, eating disorders, and autism.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Would be excited to take on weekend hours.
  • Are available approximately two hours during the week for a team meeting and supervision.
  • Are passionate about evidence-based, structured, and skills-focused therapy.
  • Feel energized by exposure work and helping clients face fears directly and compassionately.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice in New York State (position is open to qualified candidates with a PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT)
  • Excellent therapy skills and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in CBT for anxiety and OCD.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
