Christina Levi, PsyD (She/Her )

Christina Levi is a creative, collaborative, and direct therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and mood-related concerns. She brings an approachable, grounded presence to her work, helping clients feel comfortable and accepted while also offering honest, thoughtful challenge. Christina values therapy as an engaging process and uses humor intentionally to help clients gain perspective and feel more at ease as they work through difficult thoughts and emotions.

Christina’s experience across clinical, school, and community settings informs her individualized approach to care. She considers the full context of each client’s life and collaborates with families, schools, and providers when appropriate to support meaningful, lasting change. She draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

She has extensive experience working with children and teens with anxiety and understands how overwhelming it can feel for both clients and their families. Christina works to help young clients feel comfortable and understood, while also providing parents with practical tools, guidance, and clear communication so they feel supported every step of the way. She is particularly interested in working with individuals with OCD and uses exposure-based, skills-focused interventions to help clients face fears and build resilience. She is also deeply committed to providing affirming, inclusive care to other members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Christina is currently completing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in School-Community Psychology at Hofstra University, where she earned her Master of Science with distinction. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist University.
